TSI Bot Suite supports technical superintendents managing bulk carriers. The video shows ship reports and emails arriving in a shared folder, nine AI assistants processing them, and trackers and alerts supporting the superintendent’s review and approval. Its closing message is: nine bots, eight trackers, one owner report. The soundtrack is instrumental background music, with no spoken narration.
The nine assistants are a Certificate & Survey Tracker, Vessel Report Reviewer, Defect Tracker, Procurement Assistant, Budget Tracker, PSC & RightShip Prep assistant, Emissions Reporter, Dry Dock Planner and Owner Report Writer. They help track certificates, class surveys and service dates, with alerts at 90, 60 and 30 days; read vessel reports and oil and fuel analyses; maintain a fleet defect list; compare procurement quotes and chase deliveries; and draft monthly owner reports for approval.
Illustrative screens show a certificate tracker with due dates and status alerts, a 67-point pre-arrival PSC checklist with open items highlighted, and a year-to-date CII estimate based on noon reports, fuel consumption and CO2. The suite also supports EU ETS figures. Cost-control screens compare monthly budgets with actual spending and compare dry-dock yards on total cost, including repair scope, deviation and off-hire costs.
The assistants draft. They never send, order or approve. The superintendent reviews and decides; scope depends on the available data, systems and agreed workflow.
